Training Program on Assessment and Examination Skills at Danish University

The training program “Assessment and Examination Skills” was organized by the Professional Development Directorate of Danish University.


This program aimed to enhance the academic and teaching capacity of faculty members and to familiarize them with modern principles and skills of assessment and examination. A number of professors and staff members of the university participated.


During the program, Mr. Nasrullah Nusrat, Deputy of Student Affairs and faculty member of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, served as the instructor. He provided insights and guidance on various topics, including the definition and concept of assessment, differences between assessment and examination, objectives of assessment, types of examinations, structuring and number of questions, grading explanations, specialized methods of preparing exam questions, as well as the ethical and educational responsibilities of faculty members in the examination process.


Danish University intends to continue organizing similar programs to further strengthen the academic and professional capacity of its faculty and staff.
