Councils and committees at Danish University, as the key authorities in the decision‑making process, with a composition of experts and stakeholders, can conduct more thorough examinations of issues and provide effective solutions. Their establishment serves two purposes: on the one hand, to prevent decisions from being made individually, and on the other, to facilitate communication, analysis of matters, and transparency in decision‑making procedures.
