Achievements of Danish University

  • Opening of the first university building, coinciding with the establishment of the institution.




  • Expansion of the first university building in 2014 (1393).




  • Completion of the second university building with eight floors, fully finalized between 2018–2024 (1397–1403).




  • Launch of the Faculties of Economics, Law, and Political Science along with their respective departments in 2012 (1391).




  • Establishment of the Faculty of Medicine with the Department of General Medicine in 2014 (1393).




  • Successful completion of the first stage of academic accreditation following evaluation by the Directorate of Quality Assurance and Accreditation of the Ministry of Higher Education in 2019 (1398).




  • Creation of well-equipped laboratories for medical students, expanded to nine laboratories between 2019–2024 (1398–1403).




  • Launch of the university’s scientific-research journal and publication of three issues since 2017 (1396).




  • Establishment of the Najib Danish 20-bed teaching and treatment hospital in 2017 (1396).




  • Relocation of the 20-bed teaching hospital to a permanent building with modern facilities in 2019 (1398).




  • Establishment of a Legal Clinic within the Faculty of Law and Political Science, officially licensed by the Ministry of Justice in 2019 (1398).




  • Creation of a Legal Laboratory equipped with basic facilities in 2020 (1399).




  • Launch of the Danish Weekly as the university’s official publication to reflect activities and achievements in 2016 (1395).




  • Publication of standardized course booklets by faculty members under the name and logo of Danish University since its establishment.




  • Organization of multiple programs aimed at preventing administrative corruption within the university.




  • Progress toward obtaining an official license for the university’s scientific-research journal, with 95% completion by 2023–2024 (1402–1403).




  • Hosting seminars and scientific conferences by internal faculty members for students, with participation of external guests since establishment.




  • Publication of academic works authored by faculty members since 2018 (1397).




  • Implementation of practical courses in Economics, Law, and Political Science, including student visits to governmental and non-governmental institutions and mock trials at the university.




  • Establishment of the university’s Scientific Research Center, named after Allama Qari Nik Mohammad Dolanayee, in 2018 (1397).




  • Expansion of the university library and computer lab in 2018 (1397).




  • Relocation of the library and computer lab to the new university building in 2024 (1403).




  • Relocation of university offices to the new building after completion of construction in 2023–2024 (1402–1403).




  • Acquisition of the University Management System (UMS) in 2020 (1399).




  • Establishment of a conference hall for hosting academic programs and events in collaboration with partner institutions in 2019 (1398).




  • Creation of a video-conference room for distance learning programs in 2020 (1399).




  • Establishment of a server room tailored to the university’s needs in 2020 (1399).




  • Signing of Memoranda of Understanding with public and private educational institutions, government agencies, and national organizations to provide educational opportunities, conduct scientific research, and organize joint academic programs.




  • Organization of scientific study tours for students of all three faculties from the university’s inception to the present.
