Opening of the first university building, coinciding with the establishment of the institution.
Expansion of the first university building in 2014 (1393).
Completion of the second university building with eight floors, fully finalized between 2018–2024 (1397–1403).
Launch of the Faculties of Economics, Law, and Political Science along with their respective departments in 2012 (1391).
Establishment of the Faculty of Medicine with the Department of General Medicine in 2014 (1393).
Successful completion of the first stage of academic accreditation following evaluation by the Directorate of Quality Assurance and Accreditation of the Ministry of Higher Education in 2019 (1398).
Creation of well-equipped laboratories for medical students, expanded to nine laboratories between 2019–2024 (1398–1403).

Implementation of practical courses in Economics, Law, and Political Science, including student visits to governmental and non-governmental institutions and mock trials at the university.
Establishment of the university’s Scientific Research Center, named after Allama Qari Nik Mohammad Dolanayee, in 2018 (1397).
